About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Specialist to join Alberto Shoes Corporation in our Tandang Sora, Quezon City facility. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in optimizing our warehousing, storage and distribution operations. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our supply chain, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the efficient delivery of our products to customers. This role is essential to our operations and directly contributes to the success of our business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of footwear products.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Optimise warehouse space utilisation and implement efficient storage solutions.
• Process and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all logistics activities and prepare reports for management review.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers and customers to arrange transportation and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse best practices.
• Support the implementation of logistics systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in forecasting demand and planning inventory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics problems to minimize delays and disruptions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution operations, preferably within the manufacturing or retail sector
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and processing information
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Problem-solving ability and flexibility in responding to operational challenges
• Knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain principles and best practices
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods
• Relevant certification or qualification in logistics, supply chain management or warehousing is advantageous
