About This Role

We are seeking a creative and innovative Content Creator to join the Marketing & Communications team at Alberto Shoes Corporation. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As Content Creator, you will play a vital role in developing engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness. You will be responsible for creating compelling narratives that showcase our products and connect with customers in meaningful ways, contributing directly to our marketing objectives and brand growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and create diverse content formats including social media posts, blogs, videos, graphics and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and editorial calendars for various platforms and campaigns
• Produce high-quality written, visual and video content that engages audiences and encourages interaction across social media channels
• Research trending topics, industry insights and competitor content to identify opportunities for fresh and relevant content creation
• Optimize content for search engines and social media algorithms to increase visibility and reach
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and audience engagement metrics
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all content and communications channels
• Work with external vendors, photographers and videographers to produce professional-quality assets and materials
• Respond to audience comments and messages, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty
• Support the planning and execution of content for product launches, seasonal campaigns and special promotions

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Content Creator, Content Strategist, Social Media Manager or similar marketing communications role, ideally within the retail, fashion or footwear industry
• Strong creative writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, engaging copy across different platforms and formats
• Proficiency in visual design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent software
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and current best practices for content distribution
• Experience developing and executing content calendars and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights
• Strong photography and videography skills, or the ability to learn quickly in these areas
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas that align with brand objectives
• Preferred: Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms and video editing
• Preferred: Background in digital marketing, brand management or advertising
