About This Role

Alberto Shoes Corporation is seeking a talented Merchandising and VM Admin to join our retail operations team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our stores maintain optimal visual merchandising standards whilst managing administrative merchandising functions. You will be instrumental in translating our brand vision into compelling in-store experiences that drive customer engagement and sales performance across our retail locations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns across all store locations
• Manage merchandising calendars, product planograms, and inventory allocation to ensure optimal stock levels and product visibility
• Conduct regular store audits and provide feedback to store teams on visual merchandising compliance and execution standards
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to coordinate promotional displays and campaign launches
• Analyse sales data and customer foot traffic patterns to inform merchandising decisions and product placement strategies
• Create detailed visual merchandising guidelines and training materials for store staff
• Manage administrative tasks including purchase orders, vendor coordination, and documentation related to merchandising supplies and fixtures
• Monitor competitor merchandising strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Support the merchandising team with data entry, reporting, and performance tracking using retail management systems
• Liaise with store managers to address merchandising challenges and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail merchandising administration, preferably in the retail and consumer products sector
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, colour theory, product positioning, and store layout optimisation
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management or POS systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and brand presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with store teams, managers, and cross-functional departments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with inventory management and stock control systems
• Knowledge of the footwear or fashion retail industry is preferred but not essential
• Certification in visual merchandising or retail management would be advantageous
