About This Role

The Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders across various ecommerce platforms. This role serves as a key link between ecommerce operations, warehouse fulfillment, and logistics partners to ensure excellent order fulfillment performance and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Ecommerce, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Process, monitor, and manage customer orders through the Uniware system.
  • Perform order validation and double-check order details across ecommerce platforms to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
  • Book and process orders in Shopify and courier portals as required.
  • Monitor aging, pending, and at-risk orders to ensure compliance with platform service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate and communicate with courier partners regarding pick-up schedules, shipment delays, delivery exceptions, and other logistics concerns.
  • Request and monitor SLA extensions for orders affected by operational constraints or high order volume.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding urgent, priority, and escalated orders.
  • Handle fulfillment-related concerns, including order discrepancies, cancellations, return-to-sender (RTS) cases, and delivery issues.
  • Assist in resolving fulfillment and platform-related concerns across ecommerce channels.
  • Escalate critical operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor or Ecommerce Manager when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and ad hoc operational reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of fulfillment activities and logistics concerns.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment efficiency and order accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Internship or academic experience related to ecommerce, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Willing to learn ecommerce platforms, warehouse systems, and logistics processes.
