E-commerce Warehouse Intern

About This Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable E-commerce Warehouse Intern to join the Alberto Shoes Corporation team in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time internship opportunity that offers valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce warehousing and logistics. What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in receiving, processing, and organizing incoming inventory shipments in accordance with warehouse procedures
• Support the picking and packing of orders for e-commerce customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts and cycle audits
• Operate warehouse equipment such as barcode scanners and label printers under supervision
• Prepare packages for shipment, including labelling, weighing, and quality inspections
• Sort and organize products in designated storage areas, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Support the logistics team in coordinating with couriers and managing shipment documentation
• Follow all health and safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents to management

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a qualification in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process orders and maintain inventory records
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems or similar software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced warehouse operations
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics team members
