This full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila is crucial in ensuring the company operates in full compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. As Compliance Supervisor, you will play a key strategic role in safeguarding the reputation and integrity of the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in conducting compliance checks, audits, and investigations of reported violations or irregularities
• Prepare, organize, and maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with departments regarding compliance concerns, policy implementation, and corrective actions
• Track permits, licenses, accreditations, and other regulatory requirements to ensure timely renewal and submission
• Support the development and communication of compliance policies and procedures
• Report compliance risks, issues, and findings to management
• Perform other administrative and compliance-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic compliance, audit, or documentation processes is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in processing POS monitoring, inventory, and retirement processes is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Honest, analytical, and able to handle confidential information professionally
