Store and Building Maintenance

About This Role

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, functionality, and overall condition of stores, offices, and building facilities. Handles basic repairs, maintenance tasks, and ensures that all equipment and facilities are properly working to support smooth daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct regular inspection of store and building facilities
• Perform basic repair and maintenance works (lights, plumbing, minor electrical, painting, etc.)
• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned areas
• Coordinate with suppliers or contractors for major repairs
• Monitor maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies
• Respond to maintenance concerns and urgent repair requests
• Assist in store setup, renovations, and installations when needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and building standards
• Submit maintenance reports and updates to management
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, TESDA graduate, or Vocational course graduate
• Experience in maintenance, construction, electrical, or related work is an advantage
• Knowledge in basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair is preferred
• Physically fit and willing to do field work
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different store locations if needed
